In the video, the question is posed, ” WHAT DO YOU WANT?” The speaker refers to making a CHANGE, finding SIMPLICITY, experiencing GROWTH, and taking FORCE. I love the statement “it’s simple, but not easy”. What activation energy or force can you provide within yourself? Can you wake up 30 minutes earlier and jump out of bed and stay up? Do it and see what it feels like. It is the same FORCE required for you to make a change, the same force required for you to go out and start a walk, the same force to cook a healthy meal. This force is a break from your ROUTINE, to shake things up, to transform you.

- Get out of your HEAD
- Get past your FEELINGS
- Get OUTSIDE your comfort zone
